La DECOC s'emploie à l'organisation des activités scientifiques et culturelles qui contribuent à consolider les liens de fraternité entre les étudiants Congolais en Corée et améliorer leur savoir savoir scientifique, mais aussi des activités qui contribuent à promouvoir l'image de la République Démocratique du Congo en pays d'accueil et ailleurs, et cela dans tous les domaines.
