Today in Seoul, the Dynamic of Congolese Elite in the Republic of Korea (DECOC) and Mercon International Strategic Holdings (MISH) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

This partnership establishes a framework for collaboration in key areas such as expertise mobilization, investment and trade facilitation, academic and institutional partnerships, cultural promotion, and capacity building. Through this MoU, DECOC and MISH aim to foster stronger ties between Korea and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, while empowering Congolese professionals to contribute meaningfully to economic and academic development.

The agreement reflects a shared commitment to advancing cooperation, promoting opportunities, and strengthening the role of Congolese elites in Korea as bridges for bilateral growth.
