The Dynamic of the Congolese Elite in Korea (DECOC), represented by Mr. Reagan Ingoma, Chairperson, and Korea Experience (KX), represented by Ms. Jamie Yoo, Director, recently held a successful business meeting aimed at establishing a strategic partnership. The central theme of the discussion was the promotion of a more enriching and successful stay for foreign nationals residing in Korea.

This meeting underscored the shared vision of both organizations: to strengthen community ties, expand access to cultural and networking opportunities, and foster meaningful engagement between the Congolese community and Korean society. The dialogue resulted in several key areas of collaboration:

Community Partnership
DECOC and KX agreed to pursue a long-term partnership designed to connect members of the Congolese community in Korea with local experiences, festivals, cultural programs, networking opportunities, and community activities.

Program Promotion & Participant Management
The two organizations will collaborate on promoting selected programs and events. KX will provide support in participant recruitment, registration management, event promotion, and communication through its established platform.

Community Engagement & Contributor Network
DECOC members will be encouraged to participate as KX Contributors, Ambassadors, or Panel Members. In addition, DECOC will assist in sharing surveys, community insights, and promoting KX opportunities to broaden engagement.

Mutual Support for Community Events
Opportunities will be explored for KX to participate in DECOC events through presentations, information booths, and promotional activities. KX may also provide support in the form of promotion, participant recruitment, experience programs, giveaways, or selected event sponsorship.

Brand Visibility & Cross Promotion
Both organizations will enhance their visibility through websites, social media, newsletters, events, and other communication channels. This includes mutual logo placement and co-promotion of selected initiatives.
